Intellectual Property: All original work created by the designer remains the property of the designer, unless otherwise agreed upon in a separate document. The client receives a limited license to use the work solely for the specific purposes detailed in this proposal.

• Payments: Payment is due in full upon project completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Non-refundable Deposit: The client must make a non-refundable deposit upon signing the agreement.
• Revisions: Included revisions are limited to those mentioned on the first page of the document. Additional revisions may incur an extra charge.
• Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep all confidential information disclosed during the project strictly confidential.
• Termination of Contract: Either party may terminate this agreement by providing written notice 8 days in advance.
