Project Development Phases
- Preliminary Design
Initial concept development based on the client's vision and site conditions. Includes up to three review sessions to refine the layout and reach a fully approved design. - Doc. de construcción
Production of detailed architectural drawings suitable for coordination with engineering disciplines and city submittals. Estimated duration: 3 weeks. - Coordination with Engineering (If Applicable)
Should structural or MEP consultants be involved, the architectural drawings will be coordinated to ensure proper integration. This scope does not include engineering services unless explicitly stated. - Final Compilation & Delivery
A complete digital set (PDF) and one printed set (11"x17") will be delivered for city submission. Revit (RVT) files can be shared upon request.
Payment Terms
- 50% Initial Payment – Required upfront to initiate the design process.
- 50% Final Payment – Due upon client approval of final architectural design, prior to the delivery of permit-ready documents.
Accepted Payment Methods: Zelle, wire transfer, PayPal, or check.
Nota: Delayed payments may affect delivery timelines.
Important Clarifications
- City-related fees (e.g. plan review, permits, and inspections) are not included.
- Expenses related to tree canopy requirements or special studies will be billed separately.
- Engineering services (structural, MEP, civil, etc.) are not included, unless stated otherwise in writing.
- All documents will be delivered only to the client; no third-party distribution is authorized.
- HOA submittals or coordination is not included in this proposal and should be managed directly by the builder or owner.
- Client is responsible for any surveys, topographic information, or legal documents required prior to initiating design.
Nota: This is a preliminary estimate provided for reference purposes only. Its purpose is to give a general idea of the potential cost of the residential project. However, the final cost may vary depending on factors such as land complexity, topography, access, and other specific project conditions.
