Work Process

Phase 1: Preliminary project design and client approval for the final design
Includes two meetings to define the final design.

Phase 2: Project execution; clients receive the complete set of construction documents in a minimum of 30 days.
Includes a final meeting to deliver documents and provide adequate orientation.
Each client receives a set of printed 24″ x 36″ plans.

Phase 3: Delivery of the complete set of plans and appropriate documentation.
Note: Work hours do not include weekends or holidays, only business days.

Important Financial Notes:
Required Deposit: 60% of the total proposal amount to start the process.
Payment Breakdown:
30% once the plans and corrections are approved by the client.
20% upon final delivery.

Exclusions:
This proposal does not include structural calculations, stamps, or an engineer’s signature.
The designer cannot send partial or complete plan work to anyone other than the client.
City fees or permits are not included in the proposal.
Final digital files will be released only once full payment has been made.
The estimate does not include the tree canopy coverage permit, which must be paid separately.

Documentation Included in the Proposal

This proposal includes a set of 11″ x 17″ plans and PDF files to meet city requirements.
Final Amount Update:
After the approval of the architectural plan proposed by the client, the final area will be determined, and the total amount due will be updated if necessary.
